Locally owned and operated, CarWash808 Express believes in supporting the community and offers K-12 school-sponsored & keiki club team programs customized fundraising packages.

This program is ONLY for K-12 school-sponsored & non-profit keiki club team programs such as sports, academics, the arts, humanities, and humanitarian efforts.

How It Works

Use the form below to apply for the fundraising program. Your information will be reviewed by our Senior Executive Officer, who will decide whether your group is eligible to participate. You can determine the number of wash tickets you will need based on the amount of money you’d like to raise. It is required for all organizations to submit a 501C-3 Form. It is also required for all organizations to submit a Projected Expense List, which you will be emailed once your fundraising application is received. The projected expense list is used to hold each organization accountable for funds benefiting from the fundraiser and to ensure the funds are being used for the keiki. A minimum of 300 washes must be purchased. You MUST submit your organization or team logo using the Artwork Submission Form before picking up your Car Wash fundraiser tickets. We provide standardized tickets generated with unique car wash codes with your organizations information and logo designed on it. When your supporter visits CarWash808 Express in Waipio Gentry or Kapolei, they simply scan the one-time-use barcode or enter wash code on the point-of-sale screen.

They get a clean car, you get the funds. No flagging down strangers! No wasted water, no delays or make-up dates!

Is anything required to be submitted for CarWash808 Express fundraiser?
Yes, you MUST submit your organization or team logo using the Artwork Submission Form before your tickets are generated. Please note that we will only redeem codes that are on the standardized tickets issued. You MUST also submit your organizations 501C-3 Form.

When and where do I pick up my tickets?
Tickets can be picked up Monday – Friday from 8AM to 4:30PM at our Corporate Office at 1034-A Kilani Ave. Suite 102 Wahiawa, HI 96786. Select a day that works for you by using the form below – please allow enough time for us to approve your application first. We will get back to you regarding your application within 24 hours.

Can I have the CarWash808 Express logo to use on flyers or promoting fundraiser?

Can we order additional tickets after our original order?
We highly recommend all organizations to get an accurate final count of tickets wanting to purchase. We do not accept additional ticket orders to ensure your supporters get the maximum 90 days to use the tickets.
