We used to have a program in which we facilitated fundraising for halaus and other keiki-serving community groups. Going forward, effective July 31, 2019, we are only working with K-12 school-sponsored fundraisers.

How It Works
Use the form below to apply for the fundraising program. Your information will be reviewed by our Director of Operations, who will decide whether your group is eligible to participate. You can determine the number of wash tickets you will need based on the amount of money you’d like to raise. A minimum of 300 washes must be purchased. We then provide a sheet of small, easy-to-use stickers that each have unique car wash codes, which can be posted on tickets or flyers. When your supporter visits Flagship Express Car Wash, they simply enter their one-time-use wash code on the point-of-sale screen.
They get a clean car, you get the funds. No flagging down strangers! No wasted water, no delays or make-up dates!

Do the tickets expire?
Yes, the tickets expire 90 days after the date you pick them up from us.
Is anything required to be on the flyers or tickets besides the Flagship Express Car Wash sticker?
Yes, you must have your organization or team logo and you must publish the expiration date on the side of the flyer that doesn’t have our sticker on it, so purchasers for sure know when it expires. You MUST submit your ticket or flyer artwork for approval using the Artwork Submission Form before picking up the Flagship Express Car Wash stickers. Please note that we will only redeem stickers that are on approved flyers/tickets.
When and where do I pick up my tickets?
Tickets can be picked up any day from 7AM to 7PM at the Car Wash. Select a day that works for you by using the form below – please allow enough time for us to approve your application first. We will get back to you regarding your application within 24 hours. Tickets are picked up at the actual Car Wash location – we have an Operations Office there on site. Once you arrive, just let a team member know you are there to pick up fundraising tickets and they will point you in the right direction.
