One of our experienced team members will meet you and help guide you through the process. We’ll need you to put your car in neutral and that’s it—we’ll do the rest! Using our non-caustic, non-acidic, and phosphate-free products we’ll get to work on your vehicle’s exterior and then your wheels and whitewalls, finishing with a rinse and gentle drying.

Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Each wash by our computer-controlled system uses 30-45 gallons of fresh water per wash, which is impressive considering the average hand wash uses between 100 and 150 gallons of water. In addition, to our lower number we also use around 100 gallons of recycled water.
We only offer exterior services at the moment, but we do offer complimentary vacuums as available.
We are committed to using only the best for our customers and the environment. That’s why all of our products are non-acidic, non-caustic, and phosphate-free!
The brushless process uses the latest technology, Fiber-Soft® , which gently cleans your car with safe, biodegradable shampoos and cleaners. The touchless process employs on acid-based chemicals and high pressure water. This “no touch” method can be hard on the finish of your vehicle and utilizes chemicals that are unsafe for you, our team, your car, and the environment.
We can take care of cars, trucks, and vans up to 88 inches in height. At the moment we can’t wash trucks with dual wheels.
Most of the time, yes! However, we ask that you please remove all items from the back of your truck beforehand and to be aware that certain modifications like oversized tires, off-road tires, raised suspensions, or oversized “trailering” side-mirrors aren’t compatible with our process.
Yes, if your roof is properly latched.
Yes, thanks to our gentle materials and cloths there is no problem. However, consult with your body shop for curing times so that your car has had time to fully cure before coming in for a wash.
Yes! Our acid-free materials won’t damage your polished aluminum wheels.
Yes, but changes in temperature can cause cracks to expand so we recommend repairing cracked windshields immediately to avoid this.
We prefer to remove CB and cell phone antennas before washing. We can help you with this upon arrival.
We aren’t responsible for plastic aftermarket accessories as they can run into problems, especially if they have been compromised before by rock chips or stress around the installation screws. With that being said, most customers with bug shields have not run into any problems with washing before.
This is a two-step process that we recommend once a month or every four washes. Liquid Polish is the application of a foam polish followed by our Paint Guard and is safe for all rooftops, including vinyl and convertibles.
No, it helps to keep the finish in its present condition while slowing oxidation.
Liquid Polish is a cleaner not a wax and will essentially tackle those stubborn stains while adding gloss and luster to your vehicle’s finish. On the other hand, wax is a protective layer that shields your car’s exterior from the elements.
If you can get to Flagship Express before the egg dries the wash may be able to remove it. However, if you’re not able to you should consult a professional detailer as dried egg is a corrosive element which can cause great damage to your car.
It’s best to try to remove these substances while still sticky, if you’re unable to do so consult your manufacturer’s manual. Never use abrasive cleaners or pads on your vehicle surface. If you have more doubts or concerns with this get in touch with one of our experts for advice at 808-226-1840.
Streaks and dullness are generally signs of oxidation, which occur over time with exposure to sun and road oils. It’s possible to slow this process with frequent washes and applying a coat of wax at least once a year.
The consistent application of PaintGuard can protect clear coated surfaces from the elements (UV rays and airborne contaminants, as well as acids from leaf stains, tree sap, bug spatter and bird droppings) all of which can burn right through clear coat and cause permanent damage. To get the most from this you’ll want to incorporate PaintGuard into your monthly car maintenance.
